During the winter months Reynaldo and his family can be found in their store between San Patricio, Melaque & Villa Obregón on the street Álvaro Obregón and Abel Salgado Velasco. Here in these months they sell the rugs that they have made during the summer months in Oaxaca, and take orders rugs for the following year. |

Location - Teotitlán del Valle, Oaxaca
Teotitlán del Valle, Oaxaca is located just 28 kilometers from Oaxaca City passing through the Tlacolula Valley through large areas of golden cornfields with the Oaxaca mountains in the distance. Teotitlán del Valle is most known for it's beautiful, hand woven wool rugs & textiles coloured using natural dyes, as well as elaborate hand-made & decorated candles made from beeswax, shiny metallic paper and paper flowers. It is here during the summer months that Reynaldo and his family come to weave their beautiful rugs using traditional methods passed down through the generations. |
